'Dil Bechara' trailer: Sushant Singh Rajput recreates Shah Rukh Khan's iconic arms open pose, train scene from 'DDLJ'

Fans can't get enough of Dil Bechara trailer that every moment in it is being loved thoroughly. Marking as Sushant Singh Rajput's swansong, the film trailer has all the elements and show sequences which were perfectly nailed by the late actor. His screen presence, romantic looks, comic timing and overall performance have made people go gaga over him and miss him more. Sushant had always shared about his love for Shah Rukh Khan throughout his career and we get to see a few glimpses of the same in the trailer.

Yes, in one of the sequences, we see SSR spreading his arms which is Shah Rukh's iconic pose while on stage. He shows his twinkling eyes and angelic smile while doing so. And another sequence is the unforgettable train scene from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Even in Dil Bechara, we see Sushant giving hand to his leading lady Sanjana Sanghi while on the train.

The premise of the film explained by the makers read as "Dil Bechara is a story of Kizie and Manny, two ordinary people with an extraordinary love story. Both have a tragic twist to their lives. That was the start of exploring a funny, thrilling and tragic business of being alive and in love Kizie and Manny embark on an, on and off, up and down, bitter and sweet profound journey into the heart of that crazy little thing called ‘life’."

The film directed by Mukesh Chhabra will be streamed from July 24, 2020.
