Comedian turned actor Kapil Sharma took to social media in the wee hours of Tuesday to announce that he has become a father. Kapil and wife Ginni Chatrath welcomed a cute baby girl in their life and the talented actor couldn't keep calm and shared the news with his fans.
Taking to Twitter, the 'Firangi' actor wrote, "Blessed to have a baby girl 🤗 need ur blessings 🙏 love u all ❤️ jai mata di 🙏" The couple, who tied the knot in December last year have been on the receiving end of best wishes pouring in from all ends.

Kapil, who shares a good camaraderie with several Bollywood celebs saw 'Kabir Singh' actress Kiara Advani, Tiger Shroff, Nushrat Bharucha and other B-town celebs replying to his tweet and congratulating the couple on welcoming a baby girl in their life.
While Kiara wrote, "Just heard the good news! Congratulations to you and Ginni! God bless the baby ❤"

Tiger shared his best wishes as he wrote, "Mubarak ho sir ❤🤗wish the best years for you and your family! God bless🙏❤"

Meanwhile, the couple had opened up about the pregnancy in July during an interview with Mumbai Mirror when Kapil said, "I just want to take care of my wife and be by her side for now. We are obviously very excited as it’s our first kid but my mother is the most excited. She has been waiting for this moment for years now."
Kapil and Ginni had even headed to Canada for their babymoon and both had been spending a lot of time together as well. Ginni was even reported to be accompanying Kapil on the sets of his television show as well.
