While many wondered how to pass time during the lockdown, Mollywood actor Joju George decided to use the time for something fruitful. The ‘Chola’ actor decided to grow a vegetable garden on his terrace during the lockdown. In March, the actor began growing veggies and has now grown a wide variety of vegetables like brinjal, lady's finger, bitter gourd, cowpea, tomato, amaranthus, etc at his home.
The talented actor also found interest in cattle rearing and has some domestic animals like cows and goats at his house now.
He has also begun poultry farming and fish farming so that his family could follow a healthy lifestyle. The actor took to his social media handle to share the pictures of his vegetable garden. Joju George thanked screenwriter Sajeev Pazhoor for inspiring him to begin the vegetable garden.

Joju George is a popular Mollywood actor who is best known for his movie ‘Joseph’. He essayed the titular and also received a special mention for his performance at the National Film Awards, the previous year. ‘Porinju Mariam Jose’, ‘Virus’, and ‘June’ are some of the movies in which he showcased some praiseworthy performances. ‘Chola’ helmed by Sanal Kumar Sasidharan, was Joju George’s last release. He essayed a pivotal character in the movie. ‘Chola’ was screened at the Venice International Film Festival and it received a lot of critical acclaims.
The actor has movies like 'Kilometers and Kilometers', 'Pada', 'Malik', and 'Thuramukham' in the pipeline. Joju has also signed for Karthik Subbaraj’s directorial Tamil movie ‘Jagame Thandhiram’. Joju has filmed his portions for the movie and as per sources, he will be essaying a pivotal character in the Dhanush-starrer.
