Long schedule of Nayanthara's 'Mookuthi Amman' wrapped up

It came as a surprise when it was announced that RJ Balaji was going to make his directorial debut with lady superstar Nayanthara playing the female lead in the film. RJ Balaji is said to play the male lead in the movie but it is said that he is not paring opposite to Nayanthara in the film directed by him along with NJ Saravanan. It is known that Nayanthara plays the role of goddess Amman.
The had begun shooting by the end of November and surprisingly have completed almost 90 percent of the film. The first schedule of the shooting which went on for about 44 days in Nagercoil came to an end today. RJ Balaji has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for Mookuthi Amman. Ishari K Ganesh, who bankrolled recent films like LKG, Comali and Puppy, is the producer of the project.
RJ Balaji posted, "And thats the schedule wrap .!?? 44 days of non-stop shoot of #MookuthiAmman .!?? With that we complete 90 percent of the film .! Aval fame Girish Gopalakrishnan will be composing music for the project. Interestingly, he is the composer for Netrikann, another film of Nayan which has Aval director Milind Rau at the helm. Dinesh Krishnan of Thaanaa Serndha Koottam fame is cranking camera and Stunt Silva has been roped in to choreograph action sequences.
