Written and directed by Abir Sengupta, the romantic comedy is based on sex reassignment surgery. Opening up on her role, she told Times Of India “I think it is a kind of a role that no other actress has done yet! The film revolves around a man who falls in love with a girl. After they get married, he realizes that this girl is actually a man. I am the man! It comes as a complete shocker as the makers make me look like this very sweet girl and then it turns out that she is actually a male.”
