Telugu actress Bhanushree Mehra has tied the knot with her boyfriend Karan Manhas in the month of November 2018. Besides revealing the marriage news during a recent press meet of her upcoming film, the 33-year-old actress shared a series of photos from the wedding ceremony on her Instagram handle. After a long gap, she is returning to Tollywood to play a pivotal role in Tanish’s action-thriller Mahaprasthanam.
Bhanushree Mehra’s entry to Telugu cinema was the most talked-about debut with her face hidden from all the publicity material in Allu Arjun starrer Varudu (2010). Her identity was only revealed on the silver screen. Despite featuring in a big-ticket project, the leggy lass slipped into oblivion and never got a decent film after that. At present, she is playing supporting roles in Kollywood and Punjabi cinema.
Hailing from Amritsar, Bhanushree Mehra completed her graduation in Mass Media and started her modelling stint in Mumbai. In 2008, she played a cameo in the Bollywood film Bachna Ae Haseeno.
