YouTube is making things easier for its users to know when their favourite YouTuber or channel is going live. Users usually have to navigate to the particular channel and look for the upcoming live event scheduled by a particular channel or who are currently streaming live on their channel. Google has been testing several new features on YouTube to make the overall experience better and the latest one includes a new section under the Subscription tab that will tell users about the upcoming live events and exclusive premieres from the subscribed channels.

The new section under the Subscriptions tab is named as Upcoming live and premieres and is rolling out for limited users currently. The new tab will show a separate feed to the users with upcoming Live streams and premieres scheduled or ongoing streams. The feed will show the content based on their starting time. The content which starts at the soonest will be shown on the top followed by other events.
Users can also set reminders for the live streams and premieres they are interested in by clicking on the bell icon placed in front of it.
The new feature is currently being rolled out for a limited number of desktop users and is expected to rollout for more in coming months.
