COMING UP: Akshay, Alia, Ajay Devgn on OTT

The release slate for the OTT platform just got bigger.

Besides these movies coming up for release, Disney + Hotstar has announced their brand new line-up featuring films starring Bollywood's biggest stars.

 

Laxmmi Bomb

Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi will see a Diwali theatrical release, but fans will get to watch him in Laxmmi Bomb before that.

Directed by Raghava Lawrence, the film co-stars Kiara Advani and promises something dramatic.

 

Bhuj - The Pride of India

Ajay Devgn has already delivered a major blockbuster this year in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.

Bhuj - The Pride of India/em> -- Abhishek Dudhaiya's directorial debut -- is based on a true story and another patriotic affair for his fans.

Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha feature in the cast.

 

Sadak 2

When Mahesh Bhatt decided to make a comeback as a director with Sadak 2, he wouldn't have imagined the film would end up on small screens.

Mahesh's producer and brother Mukesh Bhatt says they were 'compelled' to release the film on OTT.

Sadak 2 sees sisters Alia Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt take centrestage with Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur.

 

The Big Bull

These are exciting times for Abhishek Bachchan.

The actor who completed 20 years in show business on June 30, makes his OTT debut with Breathe 2 two days later.

The Big Bull -- directed by Kookie Gulati who earlier made Prince -- features Abhishek and Ileana D'Cruz and will premiere on OTT too.

 

Dil Bechara

A remake of The Fault In Our Stars, Dil Bechara has been waiting for a theatrical release for a while.

After Sushant Singh Rajput's passing, the film will premiere on July 24.

Casting director Mukesh Chhabra's first directorial film it also features Sanjana Sanghi with Saif Ali Khan in a special role.

 

Khuda Hafiz

When the slate of films was announced for their OTT arrival, Vidyut Jammwal made his displeasure clear that there was not much fanfare around him or his film, Khuda Hafiz.

One waits to see how Faruk Kabir (who earlier made Allah Ke Banday) puts together this romantic action film with Shivaleeka Oberoi in the lead.

 

Loot Case

The promo of Loot Case released a year ago.

The release date for its theatrical arrival had been announced too. However, it got bogged down in the lockdown mire.

Rajesh Krishnan's comic caper with its ensemble cast will show up on OTT soon.
