From the year 2019, the university has started a paperless examination system using E-Pads - The ‘Custom Built Examination Writing Device’. MUJ has developed an enriching academic environment with Outcome Based Education by utilizing ICT tools and e-learning resources (MOOCs, NPTEL, COURSERA).

To encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship, Manipal University Jaipur was selected as one of the Atal Incubation Centers by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India. Various start-up incubations are under one roof which are taking shapes under the supervision, guidance, and mentorship of internal and external professional experts. MUJ is leaving no stone unturned developing the holistic personality of the students. With Entrepreneurship and Training & Placement Cell in place and with more than 100 collaborations with reputed national and international academic institutions and industries, the university offers a wide exposure and job opportunities to its students in countries like US, Germany, Spain, Poland, etc. The Training and Placement cell provides pre-placement soft skill training and prepares students for GATE/GRE/CAT and other competitive examinations. Cutting-edge software training by industry experts, at regular intervals, are organized to foster practical knowledge and hands-on learning experience. Initiatives that are taken by the university to light up the spirit of innovative young minds includes Start-up Weekend, E-Conclave, Innovriti, Awareness Programs, Interactive Sessions & Talks of Experts, Visits to Industries, Mentorship Programs, etc.

Students of MUJ have been receiving job offers from prominent recruiters like Microsoft, Dell, Accenture, Capgemini, Philips, Mindtree, etc. with the highest and average packages offered in the year 2019-20 were Rs 42 lakh and Rs 6.02 lakh, respectively.
The University has the best infrastructure facilities and the entire Wi-Fi enabled campus has been awarded GRIHA 5-star rating including hostels. To foster practical knowledge the university has state-of-the-art well-equipped laboratories with some of the laboratories established in collaboration with corporates like C-DAC, Bosch, Siemens, Rexroth, etc. The University also has a supercomputing facility with PARAM-SHAVAK.

The university as an epitome of academic excellence received A+ Ranking with a score of 3.28 by National Assessment and Accreditation Council, Govt. of India and became the first state private university to receive this ranking.
