    Bharti Airtel: The telecom operator said it has signed a pact to sell a roughly 25% stake in its data centre unit Nxtra Data for $235 million.

    Auto stocks: Automobile majors will announce their June sales on Wednesday. June sales numbers of Indian automakers are expected to drop 35-70 per cent on a year-on-year (YoY) basis due to supply constraints. The silver lining is that enquiries have improved in the two-wheeler and car segments.

    Vodafone Idea: The company posted a loss of Rs 11,643.5 crore for the fiscal fourth quarter, its seventh successive three-month period in the red, hurt by loss of subscribers, high finance costs and a one-time charge related mainly to its statutory dues.

    ONGC: State-run Oil & Natural Gas Corporation posted standalone net loss of Rs 3,098.26 crore for the quarter ended March due to an exceptional item towards impairment loss of Rs 4,899 crore. The oil and gas explorer had posted a net profit of Rs 4,239.50 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

    JSPL: Jindal Steel and Power (JSPL) said it will offload its entire stake in Oman-based subsidiary for over USD 1 billion (about Rs 7,500 crore).

    Larsen & Toubro: Engineering and construction giant Larsen & Toubro on Tuesday said it has achieved a major milestone under 'Make in India' initiative by building a cryostat for $20 billion global fusion project.

    New India Assurance: State-owned general insurer New India Assurance on Tuesday reported Rs 126.6 crore profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31. The company had registered a net loss of Rs 270.54 crore in January-March period of 2018-19.

    BSE: The leading stock exchange said it has executed maiden delivery of gold mini on 'options in goods' contract. The delivery was produced by a Delhi-based member, while the counterparty buyer was from Punjab, the exchange said in a statement.

    Petronet LNG: India’s largest natural gas importer, said its business has quickly recovered from the lockdown lows and both its regasification terminals are operating at their highest rate.

    Bank of Baroda: State-owned Bank of Baroda (BoB) said it will mop up Rs 2,000 crore by issuing bonds to fund its growth plans.

    Godfrey Phillips: Cigarette maker Godfrey Phillips India reported a 20.5 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 38.43 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31.

    RITES: The company reported a 4.28 per cent decline in consolidated profit at Rs 143.93 crore for the quarter ended March 31. The railways consultancy firm had posted a consolidated profit of Rs 150.38 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.

    BGR Energy Systems: BGR Energy Systems reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 4.71 crore for the January-March quarter. The consolidated net profit of the company was Rs 31.96 crore in quarter ended on March 31, 2019.
