    Sebi has asked the board of CARE Ratings to sack Chairman SB Mainak after a forensic report.
    NEW DELHI: Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 11 points, or 0.09 per cent, lower at 12,218, indicating a weak start for Dalal Street. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Nestle, Vodafone Idea: Nestle India, BPCL, Vodafone India, Lemon Tree, Adani Transmission, Future Retail, Godrej Industries, Allcargo Logistics,Gillette India and GMR Infra are among a few companies which will report their quarterly results today.

    YES Bank: The bank said received a non-binding expressions of interest from investors: "JC Flowers & Co. LLC, Tilden Park Capital Management LP, OHA (UK) LLP and Silver Point Capital". It further informed that it will publish its financial results for December quarter on or before March 14. India Ratings has downgraded long-term issuer rating on certain debt instruments to 'A-' from 'A'.

    Care Ratings: Sebi has asked the board of CARE Ratings to sack Chairman SB Mainak after a forensic report said he had asked employees to hold back ratings of defaulting financier IL&FS.

    IRCTC: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation posted a 179.65 per cent year-on-year rise in profit at Rs 205.80 crore for the quarter ended December 31. The figure stood at Rs 73.59 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

    DMart: Promoters led by Radhakishan Damani are likely to sell 2.27 per cent stake in Avenue Supermarts — the firm that owns supermarket chain DMart — over the next few days through an offer for sale (OFS), said bankers.

    Chalet Hotels: The stock has been excluded from MSCI India Domestic Small Cap Index.

    GIC Re: General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re) said it has received licence from Bank of Russia to commence reinsurance business in Russia.

    Tata Chemicals: The company said its promoter Tata Sons will increase the stake in the company to 25.26 per cent by acquiring shares aggregating to 1.08 per cent stake from other group firms. At present, Tata Sons holds 24.18 per cent stake in Tata Chemicals, the company said in a regulatory filing.

    Britannia Industries: The company has reduced inventories in trade channels to deal with the slowdown, days after ITC chairman Sanjiv Puri said that it’s not easy to predict when demand is likely to recover

    Bharti Airtel: The telecom operator said its wholly-owned subsidiary Network i2i plans to raise funds up to USD 250 million (approximately Rs 1,780 crore) through perpetual bonds.

    Godrej Properties: Realty firm Godrej Properties on Wednesday said it will challenge the NGT order quashing environmental nod granted to one of its housing project in Bengaluru, saying no construction work has been done in the buffer zone of lake.

    NBCC: State-owned NBCC Ltd on Wednesday reported a 41 per cent fall in consolidated net profit at Rs 49.53 crore for the quarter ended December. The company's net profit stood at Rs 83.64 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a regulatory filing.

    Power Finance Corporation: State-run Power Finance Corporation reported a 12 per cent dip in consolidated net profit at Rs 3,386.72 crore in the December quarter, mainly on account of higher tax outgo and non-receipt of dividend from REC.

    Omaxe: The realty firm reported a 15 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 7.68 crore for the quarter ended December. Its net profit stood at Rs 9.04 crore in the year-ago period.

    Finolex Industries: The company reported a 18.5 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 93.3 crore in December quarter as higher margins offset dip in revenue. The Pune-based company reported a 7.6 per cent fall in revenue at Rs 699.4 crore, the PVC pipes and fittings maker said in a statement.

    Satin Creditcare Network: Microfinance lender Satin Creditcare Network reported a 35 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 46.71 crore during the third quarter ended December. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 71.41 crore in the year-ago quarter, Satin Creditcare said in a regulatory filing.

    Indian Overseas Bank: State-owned Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), which has been in the red for the last four-and-a-half years, expects to become profitable in the fourth quarter of the current financial year, its Managing Director and CEO Karnam Sekar said on Wednesday.

    Hatsun Agro Product: A Chennai-based firm, will set up India's largest ice cream manufacturing facility at Sangareddy district of Telangana. "The company will commence commercial operations in October 2020.

    Sadbhav Infrastructure Project: The company reported a standalone net loss of Rs 21.5 crore during the quarter ended December, mainly on account of fall in income and increased expenses.

    JP Power: Jaiprakash Power Ventures reported widening of its consolidated net loss to Rs 1,816.05 crore for the December quarter, mainly due to lower revenues. The firm had posted a net loss of Rs 95.21 crore in the year ago period, it said in a regulatory filing.
