    It seems like Indians just can't put their travel plans on hold any longer. Nearly 63% are set to travel within India, preferring air travel and longer holidays, reveals an online survey by Economictimes.com. ET Wealth analyses the trends.

    The choice of travel mode is clearly reflected, wherein 64% people are planning to travel by air and 26% by road in their own vehicle.
    Almost half a year ago, a wave of pandemic swept across the world to drastically change things for the long run. Our day-to-day lives have partially adapted to a new normal, in fact we can applaud ourselves on dealing with this extreme transition of the way of life. But what about things that had to be put on hold and still face uncertainty and a bleak future, such as the idea of travelling or taking a vacation? The covid crisis didn't stop short of disrupting our summer travel plans. The fear of Covid kept people off vacations. But they may have had enough of this dreary, endless wait.

    It seems like Indians just can't put their travel plans on hold any longer. Nearly 63% are set to travel within India, preferring air travel and longer holidays, reveals an online survey by Economictimes.com. ET Wealth analyses the trends. Note that the survey was conducted among 1,750 people. All responses may not add up to 100% due to multiple choices. Here are other findings from it.
