CHANDIGARH: In a bid to help out the candidates who have applied for various categories,
the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (
HSSC) has started
Samadhan portal for the online registration of grievances.
Meanwhile, in a related development, the five members of the Commission, who tenure had ended on this month have been given extension of nine months starting from Thursday. Their extension was notified by the Governor.

Bharat Bhushan Bharti said that Samadhan portal will largely sort out the problem and grievances of candidates. The candidates will apply or post their complaints through the ID number.
"Our officials will deal with the grievance and would revert back to candidate in the time bound manner. This system had become the need of the hour, especially when we have restricted movement in the wake of outbreak of Covid-19," said Bharti.
Meanwhile Bharti also added that the process for the recruitment to various posts advertised in the past in progress.
Referring to extension of members, Bharti confirmed that all the five members have been given extension till March. "This was an extension not the re-appointment," said Bharti.
Notably, in an anticipation of vacancies in HSSC, aspirants had started lobbying in the chief minister’s office as well as senior members of RSS.
