Punjab Police constable kills wife, two in-laws

In a fit of anger, a head constable of Punjab Police killed three members of his in-laws family in Punjab's Moga district on Sunday morning. The accused cop identified as Kulwinder Singh used his official AK 47 assault rifle to kill his wife, brother-in-law, sister-in-law while injuring his mother-in-law.

BATHINDA: In a fit of anger, a head constable of Punjab Police killed three members of his in-laws family in Punjab's Moga district on Sunday morning.
The accused cop identified as Kulwinder Singh used his official AK 47 assault rifle to kill his wife Rajwinder Kaur, brother-in-law Jaskaran Singh, mother-in-law Sukhwinder Kaur while injuring his sister-in-law.
As per initial informations, Kulwinder had some issue with his in-laws who were trying to settle the matter.
Kulwinder along with wife had reached his in-laws place in Saturday. He allegedly got drunk and quarrelled with them.
The in-laws even tried to tie him with a rope, which infuriated him.
Moga SP(Investigations) Harinderpal Singh said that police was looking into the matter as to what led the cop to take the extreme step. A case was being registered, he said.
