Supreme Court lawyer presents a copy of Ayodhya verdict to Ram Lalla

Senior lawyer K Parasaran, 92, who represented Ram Lalla in Supreme Court visited Ayodhya on Saturday with his legal team and offered special prayers at the Ram Janmabhoomi site with three generations of his family. After prayers at the makeshift temple, Parasaran presented a copy of the Ayodhya verdict to Ram Lalla through the custodian of the site — Ayodhya Commissioner Manoj Mishra.

AYODHYA: Senior lawyer K Parasaran, 92, who represented Ram Lalla in Supreme Court visited Ayodhya on Saturday with his legal team and offered special prayers at the Ram Janmabhoomi site with three generations of his family. After prayers at the makeshift temple, Parasaran presented a copy of the Ayodhya verdict to Ram Lalla through the custodian of the site — Ayodhya Commissioner Manoj Mishra.

Next Friend’ of Ram Lalla, Triloki Nath Pandey, said, “The initial plan was to place a copy of the verdict at the feet of the deity, but since the status quo order hasn’t been revoked, curbs on offerings are still in place. So, we handed over the verdict to commissioner, who’s the custodian of Ram Janmabhoomi.”
Ayodhya commissioner Manoj Mishra received the copy of the verdict at Manas Bhawan, the administrative building of the acquired area near Rang Mahal barrier, which is the security check point.
K Parasaran, said, “I cannot react on the issue of the review petition as the matter is sub judice. The court has to decide. I am happy to be in Ayodhya now.”
He was accompanied by his two sons, Mohan Parasaran and Satish Parasaran, and grandson Harish among other members of his family.
