Mumbai: Lookout note out for Dubai drug supplier

MUMBAI: The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has issued a lookout circular (LOC) for a Dubai-based “notorious fugitive drug supplier”, Kailash Rajput alias KR, who is emerging as one of the biggest drug supplier to many countries .
Though the Delhi special cell of Delhi police and the Anti Narcotic Cell of Mumbai police have been looking for Rajputin drug cases, his name cropped up in a fresh case filed by DRI last month.
In February, DRI arrested three from Navi Mumbai with 50kg of mephedroneor meowmeow, a banned synthetic narcotic worth Rs 20 crore.
During interrogation, it transpired that they were working at the behest of Rajput. Offficials said Rajput is a key person who finances raw material and controls drug sale in the UAE.
