NAGPUR: Bhim Army began its meeting at Reshimbagh ground right next to the RSS administrative complex 'to speak up for their rights'.
The meeting will be addressed by Chandrashekhar Azad Ravan, the founder of Bhim Army.
Earlier, the police had denied permission to the Bhim Army for a rally at Reshimbagh citing risk of law and order. The denial was challenged in court and the high court ordered that the Bhim Army can hold a workers meet but no protest and no inflammatory speeches should be made.
Ravan is yet to arrive at the site.
During the meet, issues related to opposition to NRC and CAA are also being raised. Over 5000 have gathered so far.
