Himachal Pradesh: 14 injured as bus turns turtle near Solan
The driver lost control over the wheel due to which bus collided with a wall and turned turtle resulting into minor injuries to passengers.
SHIMLA: 14 people were injured after a Chandigarh Transport Undertaking bus on its way to Chandigarh from Shimla turned turtle on national highway-5 at Kyari Morh near Solan on Saturday evening around 7.30 pm. There were total 30 passengers in the bus. While six injured were shifted to Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital Shimla, eight others were taken to Government Hospital at Kandaghat.
According to police officials, on receiving the information about the accident, police team was rushed to the spot to carry the rescue operation.
Those injured were shifted to hospitals for treatment immediately.
Police officials said that driver lost control over the wheel due to which bus collided with a wall and turned turtle resulting into minor injuries to passengers. No loss of life has been reported.
