Kriti Sanon is currently soaring high on the success of 'Housefull 4' and 'Panipat' while Taapsee Pannu was last seen in Anurag Kashyap's 'Saand Ki Aankh' and had four releases in total last year!
And now according to recent reports, Kriti and Taapsee are in the race to bag the role in Hindi remake of 'Run Lola Run'. The film will be backed by Tanuj Garg and Atul Kasbekar will be helming the project.
Reportedly, as its a heroine driven film, Tanuj wanted a commercially viable as well as who is a great performer and both the actresses fulfil the conditions.

Reportedly, the makers approached both the actress with the script and they liked it. Now, according to the latest update, Kriti didn't give a nod for the film. A source close to the development, "Yes, Kriti Sanon was offered the leading role in 'Run Lola Runa' long back but the space and subject wasn’t something she was keen on currently."
Atul and Tanuj have acquired the remake rights of the film. The script of the film has been modified to suit the Indian audience.
Meanwhile, Kriti will be next seen in Laxman Utekar's 'MIMI' where she will playing the role of a young surrogate mother.
