Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar on Vidyut Jammwal's 'Commando 3': Filmmakers must apologize for portraying wrestlers in a bad light
With Vidyut Jammwal returning on the celluloid with the third instalment of his popular high octane action series 'Commando', the film has raised the bar for action sequences in Indian cinema but it looks like the film has not gone down well with Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar.
The film seems to have hurt the sentiments of Sushil Kumar as a scene from the film where a wrestler is shown pulling up the skirt of a minor in front of the public before Jammwal steps in to stop him has not gone down well with the ace wrestler.

Talking to ANI, Sushil Kumar said, "I strongly condemn this scene as wrestlers are respectable people of the society with good moral standing. Filmmakers must apologize for portraying wrestlers in a bad light and must remove that particular scene from the movie."
Furthermore, Kumar even urged everyone to protest against the molestation scene in the film. "I strongly oppose the film and also urge everyone to oppose, as the film is portraying wrestlers in a bad way. The filmmakers haven't done research on how wrestlers conduct themselves. I demand the removal of the objectionable scene," he added.
While the film has been doing a decent run at the box office, this appeal by Sushil Kumar has surely grabbed everyone's attention. The film which is helmed by Aditya Datt also stars Adah Sharma, Gulshan Devaiah marks the Bollywood debut of Angira Dhar.
