The Narcotics Control Bureau sources confirmed, “Deepika Padukone has acknowledged the summons and has submitted to joining the investigation on Saturday.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spotted at the Goa airport late Thursday evening. The actress, her husband, manager Karishma Prakash and legal team departed in a charter plane from Panaji. Deepika is expected to appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau on Saturday, September 26, in connection to drug related case which has come to light during Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case investigation.

On Wednesday, the NCB said that it has summoned Deepika for questioning.
Today, sources from the investigative agency confirmed, "Deepika Padukone has acknowledged the summons and has submitted to joining the investigation on Saturday."
Reports on Times Now stated that actress Rakul Preet Singh and Deepika’s manager Karishma Prakash will instead be questioned on Friday. The actress is en route to Mumbai from Goa, where she was shooting for her film with director Shakun Batra. Ahead of her highly publicised arrival, the Mumbai Police was asked to deploy additional security.
