Photos: Alia Bhatt visits bestie Katrina Kaif at her Andheri residence

Alia Bhatt was snapped by the paparazzi outside Katrina Kaif’s Andheri residence today. The actress was dressed in a casual avatar, in a grey sweatshirt. While the reason of this meeting is not known, these clicks add testimony to the fact that Alia and Katrina are thick friends, despite the former dating the latter’s ex-love.




While Ali Bhatt hit headlines with her romance with Ranbir Kapoor, this has not changed the equation between the ‘Kalank’ actress and Katrina Kaif.In an interview with Filmfare, Katrina had said, “When I thought about it, I just felt, who she was dating was not to the equation that I share with her. So why should that equation change?”
On the work front, Ali has a whole lot of interesting films lined up for release. She will be seen romancing Aditya Roy Kapur in ‘Sadak 2’, which is helmed by her father Mahesh Bhatt. Alia also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. The actress will also mark her South debut with ‘RRR’, which is directed by ‘Baahubali’ director SS Rajamouli. And finally the year will end with fantasy drama ‘Brahmastra’, wherein Alia will romance Ranbir Kapoor. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles. The Ayan Mukerji directorial is scheduled to hit the screens in December this year.
