Bollywood beauty Esha Gupta has been motivating fans to keep up with their fitness goals but sharing one impressive yoga post at a time.
With little to do under the lockdown, the beauty has found herself spending her time by practising a little yoga daily. Encouraging fans to join along, she has been sharing photos of the different asanas she has been perfecting over the past days.

Sharing one of her many photos, she captioned it saying, “For all my Girls, here are some yoga poses to help relieve menstrual cramps n pain..”




Recently, Esha broke many hearts when she went public with her romance with Spanish businessman Manuel Campos Guallar. The star has also been receiving a lot of love from fans who can’t seem to get enough of her cute photo with her man. Apparently, Esha shared the first photos with her hunky beau Manuel back in August 2019, when she attended the Mabel Green Cup.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Esha is yet to announce her next project, but if reports are to be believed then she has bagged a role in 'Desi Magic', which will be produced by Ameesha Patel.
