Throwback: When Hrithik Roshan met Michael Jackson in December 2008 when he was shooting for ‘Kites’

Hrithk Roshan had a chance meeting with Michael Jackson in 2008 when he was shooting for ‘Kites’ in LA. According to BT, Michael Jackson had casually dropped into the make-up room that Hrithik was using during the film’s shoot. The popular singer’s bodyguards first entered the room and Hrithik was reportedly taken aback. Michael Jackson’s bodyguards had come to do a recce as the pop star was to shoot at the same venue next day.
“My name is Michael,” the singer had introducing himself to Hrithik, Barbara Mori and Rakesh Roshan. Jackson and Hrithik also interacted for a while. “I've been a huge Jackson fan since childhood. So dad requested the mansion owner that we'd like to come over and meet Jackson. Instead, he turned up in the room to meet us. That meeting is etched in my memory,” Hrithik was quoted in the report.
On the work front, Hrithk is rumoured to have been offered to step into Amitabh Bachchan’s role in ‘Satte Pe Satta’. However there has been no official confirmation on the venture.
