Watch: Neena Gupta reveals Saroj Khan gave her easy steps in ‘Choli Ke Peeche’, shares an unfulfilled dream

Bollywood’s ace choreographer Saroj Khan had many foot-tapping dance numbers to her credit and one of them is ‘Choli Ke Peeche’ which featured Madhuri Dixit along with Neena Gupta. Sharing her experience of working with the dance master, Neena recently posted a video on her social media.
In the video, Neena shared how Saroj Khan made her at ease by giving her easy and comfortable steps in the song. Talking about her first day on the sets of the film, she said that she was quite nervous about Saroj Khan as she choreographed many big names.Madhuri Dixit was in front of her which made her all the more nervous.

Elaborating further, she added that when the dance master showed her the dance moves, she became numb and told her she won’t be able to do all those. Neena revealed that she not only incorporated easy moves in the song but also made her feel comfortable.

Neena also expressed one of her desires where she said she wanted to work with her one more time. She said that she used to dream that since she has received quite a few awards for ‘Badhaai Ho’, she will also be called to perform an item number on stage at award events. And if that ever happened, she wished that Saroj Khan would choreograph her performance. Now, she says that her dream remains unfulfilled.
Saroj Khan passed away on July 3 due to cardiac arrest.
