Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2020 has been postponed indefinitely until further notice. The
CLAT has been postponed indefinitely in the wake of the Coronaviurs pandemic.
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2020 has been postponed indefinitely until further notice. Prof Sudhir Krishnaswamy, vice chancellor of National Law School of India University Bangalore confirmed the decision.
The test was scheduled for August 22 in 67 cities. Around 68,000 students had registered for the test for undergraduate admissions and 9000 for postgraduate admissions.
Earlier,
the Consortium of National Law Universities had postponed the
CLAT 2020 to August 22. The last date for online application was July 10, 2020.
The CLAT examination was scheduled to be held on May 24 - which was again rescheduled to June 21 and postponed.
The CLAT examination is an entrance test for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law. The Consortium of National Law Universities conducts the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).
