Amazfit X smartwatch with 2.07-inch curved AMOLED screen, ECG tracking to be announced on April 28


Huami teased the Amazfit X concept watch with a curved screen back in August last year in China, and said that the commercial version will be introduced in the first half of 2020. Now the company has finally confirmed that it will be introduced via Indiegogo on April 28th.

The company already confirmed 2.07-inch 92° curved AMOLED screen, which is 244% larger than the other wearable devices with the same screen size, 326ppi pixel density, 100% NTSC color gamut, 430nit screen brightness, 12.5mm ultra-high 3D curved glass, hidden pressure button, all-metal body, three-section motherboard, curved lithium ion battery with up to 7 days of battery life.

Now it has confirmed self-developed algorithm formulates a near-medical ECG tracking with the embedded BioTracker PPG sensor for 24 x 7 heart rate monitoring and different watch faces.

The Amazfit X Indiegogo crowdfunding will open 9AM PST (9:30PM IST) on April 28th. We should know the price and the roll out details in a couple of days.
