In a first for Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), the company, controlled by Mukesh Ambani, Asia’s richest man, will hold a virtual annual general meeting on July 15.
The 43rd AGM (post-IPO) of the company will be held on July 15 at 02:00 p.m. through videoconferencing, and other audio-visual means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the company said in a regulatory filing.
TCS, India’s largest IT company by revenue, held a virtual AGM on June 11.
